Advantage and WIN Welcome Australia Partners to the Network
9 August 2021 – Advantage Global Business Travel and WIN Global Travel Network have welcomed two travel management companies in Australia – Bay Travel Group and FBI Travel – as partners.
Both companies are well-established SMEs, with a focus on corporate travel and are similar in size to the typical Advantage and WIN members, making them an ideal fit to join the network. Their proven track record in servicing multi-country clients, with the technology to support customers locally, and their ability to bring knowledge to partners will benefit the network. Currently part of a buying group of 25 TMCs, CT Partners, the two companies are experienced in international networking and servicing global customers.
Alan Wolf at Bay Travel Group in New South Wales said: “The landscape has changed in the last 18 months and Advantage and WIN offer the opportunities to network with partners around the world and provide access to supplier programmes, especially the Global Accommodation Programme. Being part of the organisations’ strategy will enable us to plan ahead for the future.”
Mark Chaskiel at FBI Travel in Melbourne said: “We are looking forward to working with Advantage members in the UK and WIN partners around the world to share expertise, support other members in client servicing and grow our international credentials. The business development opportunities and access to the Global Accommodation Programme provided by working with Advantage will be key to our future growth.”
John Hobbs-Hurrell, Head of WIN Global Travel Network, said: “We are proud that Bay Travel Group and FBI Travel have chosen us as their ‘new home’ and we have already worked together to pitch for new business within the network. We have begun work on the Global Accommodation Programme for 2022 which forms a key part of our product offering to Advantage members in the UK and WIN members around the world.”
